It was the 15th degree distribution ceremony of IISM where students of their PG course, Masters in Sports Management and Bachelors in Sports Management received their degrees from Amol Muzumdar, head coach of Indian women’s cricket team and Jemimah Rodrigues, Indian women’s cricketer.Also present was the founder of IISM and former India cricketer Nilesh Kulkarni. Jemimah Rodrigues stressed on endurance because that will stand all youngsters in good stead, whereas Amol Muzumdar insisted on having self-belief so that students can go far in life.The 25-year-old Jemimah is a premier Indian international middle-order batter known for her 360-degree stroke play and bubbly personality. A child prodigy from Mumbai who formerly played national-level hockey, she debuted for India in 2018 at age 17, quickly becoming a fixture in white-ball cricket and winning the 2025 Women’s Cricket World Cup.She was one of the chief architects of India’s maiden triumph in the 2025 Women’s ODI World Cup held in India.
